Senior Mechanical Designer
up to £45 per hour
Locations: Warrington, Bristol and Preston hubs | Hybrid Working
1 year initially (highly likely to extend)

A pioneering engineering firm based in Warrington are urgently looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer. They're working at the forefront Decommissioning redundant nuclear facilities to support the sea operation and build of nuclear power plants.

The role involves good understanding of engineering and design practices as relevant to the individual's discipline and the holder must be able to demonstrate appropriate CAD skills as well as good written and verbal communications.

Skills Required:

• Expertise working in a precise design setting
• Good familiarity with CAD software
• Understanding of General Engineering Drawing Practice
• Integrated Engineer status and ICF (Integrated Competency Framework) need to be attained or shown.
• Experience in technical team leadership across multiple disciplines in design.
