iO have partnered with an experimental FinTech who are looking for a new Senior developer to help continue their move into Azure; with their core focus is being on the 'new.'

We're looking for an explorative developer who loves creating high-quality code. The role falls within a team of 6, where they greatly value sharing & hearing each other's ideas; collaboration is key for them.

The company culture is supportive and close-knit (within a wider office of around 70).

What you will be doing:
You will be able to delve into your work and take ownership of it, while enjoying the communicative aspect of working in a team. Ideally, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, and being a 'go-to' person for the other team members, sometimes mentoring them when they need advice or a supportive hand.

Being in the FinTech space, it's really important the code is robust and 'bullet-proof.' If you have a solid background in C#.Net & SQL, and enjoy taking your time to create this high-quality code, this would be a great role for you.

Having Azure experience already is a bonus, but not necessary as they will give you the time to learn it in the role as they continue to move their systems across. Alternatively, if you already have lots of Azure experience, then they would be excited to have you come in, hit the ground running & drive their migration forward!

Role: Senior .Net Developer

Location: Central Bristol (remote until July)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Skills: C# , .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, TDD with NUnit or equivalent

Bonus skills but not necessary: Azure, Elastic Search, CI/CD

Note: The office is working from home until July. After that, how you arrange your working week between being onsite and working from home is up to you.
