We're seeking a Network Engineer with good experience of troubleshooting Juniper networks (mainly routers) within Internet Service Provider (ISP) environments.

The business maintains around 15 broadband companies, where your role will be to troubleshoot different client networks when required. For example, one environment will include around 1000 Juniper devices.

Customer facing experience will be required and soft skills will be just as important as technical experience. Expect to provide 2nd line and 3rd line network and security support to customers, managing tickets to meet KPIs.

Essential Requirements:

Good experience troubleshooting and support Juniper networks (ideally Routers).
ISP background. Previously working within Internet Service Providers.
Experienced within customer facing roles. More importantly, happy to be customer facing!
Juniper Certifications are desirable. JNCIA, JNCIP, JNCIS or JNCIE.
