Senior Product Designer - Contract

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a growing UK-based product and engineering team. This is a chance to be the first design hire on the ground, shaping the design function and owning the end-to-end process.

The Role:

  • 3-month contract (initial), Outside IR35

  • £400/450 day

  • Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in London

  • Lead design for a new product squad, working on MVPs, discovery, experimentation and iterative product development

  • Drive funnel optimisation, conversion improvement, and user experience enhancements

You:

  • 7+ years in product design, ideally in fast-paced, product-led settings

  • Strong background in user research, prototyping, and evidence-based design

  • Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously

  • Thrive in start-up / scale-up environments where you can make a visible impact
