Are you an ambitious Senior Production Manager looking to take the next step within a challenging role with progression to Director level?

On offer is a unique role encompassing both management of day-to-day operations as well as leading, influencing and delivering change and continuous improvements.

This company are leading manufacturers across the UK. They plan to integrate two sites over the next two years and would like to bring aboard a Production Manager to steady the ship and lead operations following the merge. As well as this they have plans to double headcount

Day to day you will be involved with:

• Leading, influencing and delivering on continuous improvements
• Day to day management of all factory staff including technicians, engineers and team leaders to optimise output
• Working alongside process engineer to analyse critical data and make strategic improvements
• Influence all departments including stakeholders to make a positive impact towards change
• Implementing LEAN or Six-Sigma methodologies

I am looking for people with the following experience:

• Experience leading and most importantly delivering on continuous improvements
• Experience implementing LEAN or Six-Sigma methodologies
• Background in Manufacturing
• Both hands on and strategic production management experience
