The role;

We are supporting a defence firm in the search for a highly experienced delivery focussed Programme Manager to join them in taking charge of the delivery of a complex multi-hundred million pound delivery for the MoD.

Due to the complexity of the relationship management and also technical delivery focus this role is ideally suited to an individual from a prime background who has experience of delivering complex programmes of a number of years into the Army, Navy or RAF and has proven commercial experience of managing delivery and stakeholders in intricate prime and subcontractor relationships.

This is very much a role for a team player who is able to balance internal & external relationships as well as deliver critical programmes on time and to appropriate quality. You will need to be able to balance a number of plates and take leadership and management of a multi-disciplined programme team.
