One of the UKs most exciting defence firms that are working on a number of leading programmes within the MoD are looking to bring onboard a Senior Programme Manager to take hold of one their most demanding Programmes of work.

This role is well suited to a Senior Programme Manager with fantastic software delivery knowledge and commercial acumen to manage key internal stakeholders and sub contractors to deliver the programme to budget and timelines.

With the rapid growth and the continued success of the team this role has near unlimited growth potential and a potential short run time to Programme Director or Portfolio Manager as they continue to win large tenders and further business.

With this in mind the ideal candidate will be someone with not only a proven background in MoD Programme Management but also someone who is looking for real growth and responsibility and feels that their current team is unable to offer this or is looking for a new team that has space for ownership & growth.

Key skills;

• Proven Programme Level Experience
• Experience Managing Complicated Sub-contractor Relationships
• Agile, SCRUM, SAFe Delivery Experience
• Software Delivery Experience
• Thorough knowledge of MoD procurement process'.
