Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a senior scrum master who has a background in applications development, specifically C# .Net.

As a senior scrum master, you will play a key part of the IT management team as you will be helping to progress the software team. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and development of our applications, integrations, system, and data solutions. As a senior member of staff, you will be leading a team of 5 developers and providing technical advice and guidance to colleagues throughout the whole company.

What we are looking for:

• Hands on experience with C# .Net
• Experience with Agile/ Scrum
• Microsoft dynamics and associated tools
• Experience as Senior Scrum Master/ IT Development Manager

Desirable:

• Scrum/ Agile certification
• Educated to degree level

Please note, this position is not hands on however in depth understanding of .Net is essential due to the nature of the role.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE

Location: Bath - flexible working options available
