Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Consultant (Fixed Term Contract)
Work Setting: 3 days onsite (Part-time) | Location: Epsom

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Consultant to lead HR operations across the UK&E region. You will manage a UK-based team, oversee offshore delivery from our shared service centre, and act as the go-to expert for HR systems and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of HR Service Delivery Consultants.
Act as escalation point for complex HR queries.
Oversee service delivery, HR systems (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow), and data quality.
Drive process improvements through analytics and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with global HR teams and support key HR projects.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
HR systems expertise (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow preferred).
Experience in shared services, data analytics, and process optimisation.
Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR.

Preferred:

HR or Data Analytics qualification.
Project management experience.
Global HR model exposure.
