Senior Simulation Systems Engineer - Bristol

iO Associates have been retained to find a Senior Simulation Systems Engineer for a leading Defence company who are based in Bristol.

This a very exciting an opportunity to join a company who are about to go through an unprecedented period of growth. This is down to a number of successful bids.

You will be working on a really cool project that will be building the software for VR simulators for training.

For this role you will be required to provide support to the integration of all software in the system covering desktop assets, visual display system, simulation software / engine, simulation hardware, peripheral devices and servers. They will predominantly be based within Bristol development team with essential travel to additional sites within the UK as and when required.

On a day to day basis you will be required to plan and conduct engineering tasks requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of system / simulation software designs or design techniques to meet the agreed requirements.

You will be required to have a background in C# or C++ development. If you have a background in simulation, training or gaming that would be great!
