Senior/Lead/Principal Software Engineers - FinTech

iO Associates have partnered with one of the UK's most exciting FinTech's, who are going on their next stage of growth!

They have recently opened an office in Bristol and also have an office in London, but due to what is going on in the world they have moved to a remote working approach.

They are the first UK company to apply technological advances to this area of banking - so all their ideas, code and software solutions are built from scratch using the latest technologies.

They're forward thinking in everything they do and are looking for like-minded developers who love creating quality code from scratch to join them.

Their core product is an API and they work predominantly with C#.Net, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, microservices architecture and automated testing.

They're looking to expand their new office to around 40-50 people over the next 12 months, ideally with around 3 scrum teams of 5-6 developers.

Anyone joining now will be:

A) pivotal to how the company grows and building out the agile team

B) able to get stuck in right at the beginning, having loads of input and freedom in the design, delivery & creation of the code

C) have endless career opportunities available to them as the office expands

…..it's extremely rare that an opportunity like this appears on the market - it's set to be an exceptional addition to the local tech scene.

The transition to remote work has gone smoothly for them so they are looking to remain remote for the long-term. Though the new office is based in Bristol, they are happy to bring people on board who live further afield and would require a permanent remote working structure.

Salary: £60,000-£90,000
