Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We're looking for a Senior Software developer with a background in C++ and C#, who has commercial experience in the development and the management of complex electronics and software products. You will be joining a team of engineers that are tasked with bringing the next generation of software for advanced military integration systems to life.

As Senior Developer you will not only be a key part of the development of delivery but also have a chance to play part in the growth and day to day mangement of the team - from helping define sprints to mentoring junior developers.

You will specifically be part of a team helping to deliver the future of Navy training products, we are developing the future submarine school and simulation and synthetic capability which allow allow Submariners to train in an immersive on-shore environment.

Role:

On a day-to-day the role will entail writing software to create highly functional software products that will be used in future military programmes and are considered to be industry leading providing capability for next generation integration and hardware products.

You'll be encouraged to explore and ensure the software is up to date with latest technologies and trends and given the scope to bring your development experience to the table in an open forum to bring about best practice and code for the product.

Whether an experienced developer working within the defence industry at current or an individual that has a real passion for code then this is a fantastic opportunity to play a part in a key delivery for the UK MoD.

Ideally you will have experience of the following;

• C++, OO Lanaguages

• Code reviews and testing

• Experience developing in an agile environment
