Senior Support Engineer

iO Associates are currently working with a leading Vacuum technology business who employ over 4000 people worldwide with manufacturing facilities across Europe, Asia and North America.

The business are market leaders working within multiple industries manufacturing motor controllers & drives, with a clear progression path from the moment you join, the company have been operating for more than 100 years giving you great stability.
The Senior Support Engineer would help to support pre-sales and post-sales technical delivery/support of Eastbourne Product Company software products in our global customer base, and to ensure that rigorous quality standards are applied at all levels.
Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in taking software teams through changes in ways of working and new processes
• Experience Developing new software development processes.
