(Senior) Technical Marketing Manager - Semiconductor Foundry (EMEA)
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

Overview:
A global leader in semiconductor innovation is seeking a technically strong, customer-facing individual to join as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager. This is a pre-sales engineering role focused on bridging the gap between advanced chip design capabilities and customer engagement across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical pre-sales discussions with customers (primarily circuit designers).
  • Translate complex semiconductor technologies into compelling value propositions.
  • Support customer onboarding and engagement via B2B platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical marketing materials and roadmap presentations.
  • Analyze market trends (TAM, SAM, SOM), competition, and customer potential.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers and technical teams.
  • Travel for customer meetings and industry events across EMEA.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microelectronics or related field.
  • Strong foundation in solid-state devices and/or VLSI circuit design.
  • Hands-on experience with EDA tools and design flows (Schematic, P&R, PPA, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years in technical sales, marketing, or pre-sales within the semiconductor industry.
  • Former circuit designer or someone with deep technical credibility.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, consultative approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable in multicultural, high-intensity environments.
  • Fluent in English
