We are delighted to be working with an highly technical, NHS-partner as they look to bolster the ranks of their Technical Test teams with an accomplished Test Manager.

Expect to work in a highly collaborative and friendly environment where everyone is expected to pitch in and every voice is heard. This role will initalliy be to help establish a better Automation function and make the most of the formidable Automation Team that already exsits to do so.

The ideal candidate for this role would need to be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills due to the level of stakeholder engagement associated with this position as well as to communicated effectively with the overseas teams.

Strong people skills and good management experience with large and small teams will be very useful and you will be welcomed into a wonderful and friendly environment where you will be heard and respected.

What we need:

• Strong experience of Selenium or Ranorex IDE
• Previous Experience with Team Management and writing Test Strategies
• Experience leading Automation teams and establishing a good technical practice
• The ability to communicate effectively and empathise with the client in order to deliver a product and service to their exact requirments
• Working knowledge and experience along the full Software Development Life-cycle
• Offshore management experience
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies
