iO Associates are working with a large and growing company based in Bristol who are on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team.

Role: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + excellent benefits
This Service Desk Analyst will use their great communication skills to help users with a myriad of technical issues. You will provide the initial point of contact for the company's IT Support department.
This role will involve working with:
- Active Directory
- Office suite
- Ticketing systems
- VMWare (experience not mandatory)
The Service Desk Analyst will troubleshoot technical issues effectively and escalate tickets when required. The company has a great mentoring set up so you will have the opportunity to learn new technology and develop your skills.
