Service Desk Analyst - 6 Months - Remote - Outside IR35

iO Associates are delighted to be partnered with an exciting consultancy who are looking for 2x Service Desk Analysts to join them ASAP. Please note the client are looking for someone who has experience working in a Cloud based environment using JIRA.

The role will be initially 6 months paying market rates for the right candidate on an outside IR35 basis, on a remote basis.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • ITIL
  • Azure AD
  • JIRA
  • Any exposure or experience with Scala, Cassandra, AWS or Java
  • Previous experience responding to Clients in the service desk, within SLA
  • Able to trouble shoot the incidents/queries which are raised
  • Good communications skills to elicit the right information to diagnose the problem
  • Issuing client credentials for different environments, password resets

The client are looking for asap start dates, so ensure you will need to be immediately available or coming to an end of your contract. Potentially short notice periods could be looked at.
