A nation-wide health care company is looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their service desk team. This is due to rapid growth over the last year and taking all of their IT internal.
You will be supporting over 100 sites across the country from the company HQ in Cheltenham, with plans for the business to extend across the UK and into Europe over the following years. This position is an incredible opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to work with a reputable organisation. With lots of room for progression and growth.
Role: Service Desk Analyst
This role will include:
- 1st line support over the phone and via email
- Office 365
- Ticketing systems
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn are the most important skills for this position.
