iO Associates are working with a hugely competitive technology company in Bristol who have grown hugely.

They have a new position in their team which has come about due to an internal promotion. This Software Support Analyst will support users on the company's market-leading software. You will receive extensive training and development throughout your time at this company and given their aggressive growth plans, there is huge opportunity for progression.

Role: Software Support Analyst

Location: North Bristol

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits

There is a large customer support focus for this position, so specific technical experience isn't required. Rather - the company is looking for someone who has great communication skills and a commitment to providing top quality training and development.

This role will involve:

  • Troubleshooting issues with customers
  • Being proactive rather than reactive with recurring technical problems
  • Liaising with the development team
  • Notifying customers regularly

The software for this position is highly bespoke and in this position, you will become a subject matter expert. The company has a very flexible approach, and the team has a fantastic environment with a real focus on knowledge sharing.
