Service Desk Analyst

Bristol Office / £30,000 + Benefits / Permanent

An exciting Bristol based MSP company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their service desk team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

You will be providing second line support to their collection of South West based clients from their Bristol office. This will include software support, Ticketing, networks and mentoring more junior member of the team. This role will include/require:

  • Experience with 1st/2nd line support
  • Windows
  • Office 365
  • Ticketing systems
  • Networks and Firewalls
  • MSP experience

Good communication skills, customer service, and being pro-active are important skills for this position.
