Service Desk Manager

Technical astute Service Desk professional wanted by leading financial institute who have a growing global presence. The company is looking to diversify and is therefore keen to add a technically astute, flexible thinker to their workforce.

Key responsibilities:
  • Driving technology upgrades
  • Establishing security standards
  • Consulting senior management on roadmap and directives
  • Resolving Service Desk problems and acting as point of escalation
  • Integrating software updates when necessary
Essential criteria:
  • Strong financial sector background
  • Highly personable with excellent all round communication skills
  • Strong man management skills
  • Solid project experience
  • Previous experience engaging with stakeholders / senior management
  • Strong knowledge of Windows products
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Previous experience of ServiceNow Platform
  • ITIL certified
The business is looking to get someone in place as soon as they are available, with interviews will be arranged at
