Service Desk Manager - Cambridgeshire - 6-Month Contract - Immediate start

iO Associates are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to join my client based in Cambridgeshire for a 6-month contract role offering a competitive contract rate for a Februrary start. The ideal candidate will have recent experience within the Healthcare industry and strong experience within IT Network Management, particulary within voice and telecoms services.


Job requirements include:

  • Experience in managing voice and telecoms services within the Healthcare industry
  • Experience of managing a large network infrastructure
  • Experience of managing technical projects from design to implementation
  • Experience of working with Paging networks such as Blick or Zetron
  • Knowledge of voice networks
  • Relevant certifiacations (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, CCNA, iSDX, Extreme etc.)
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry
