Service Desk Specialist

Bristol Office + Remote Working / £34,000 + Competitive Package / Permanent

A nation-wide professional services company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Desk Specialist to join their service desk team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

You will be providing first, second and third line support to 100s of their employees remotely and from their Bristol office. You will be providing advanced technical support and helping to train users across the business on new systems when required. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding UK professional services company with a fun and inclusive culture.

This role will include/require:

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Ticketing systems
  • Networking
  • Professional Services Experience
