iO Associates are working with a leading healthcare company in Cheltenham who have a brand-new exciting opportunity to join as a Service Desk Supervisor.
This is a 50/50 hands on/ managerial role, looking after a small and rapidly growing team.
There is huge opportunity for growth moving forward and the company is growing at a mega pace.
Role: Service Desk Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
This Service Desk Supervisor will need to bring a focus of strong relationships with users and a high level of customer service.
This will be a varied role within a hugely growing company. This Service Desk Supervisor will review customer satisfaction levels and assess reports into monthly service desk performance.
The company currently have a 96% customer satisfaction rating so they're looking for someone with a real passion for customer satisfaction.
Technically this role will involve working with:
- Office 365
- Windows servers
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Ticketing systems
- Basic networking concepts
