SharePoint SPFx Consultant

Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a M365 SharePoint SPFx Consultant to join a growing Business.

The M365 SharePoint Consultant is responsible for delivering elegant solutions built upon the Microsoft 365 SharePoint platform and they will have the opportunity to engage in the project lifecycle from design through to operational handover. The successful applicant will be a passionate advocate of innovation with a preference towards using new technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of Microsoft 365 Solutions including (but not limited to) SharePoint, Power Platform, MS Teams, and wider M365 Platform.
• Assisting the product owner by building solutions that integrate apps and business processes to enhance productivity in the modern workplace. SharePoint Online and Teams administration, customisation (SPFx), PowerShell script creation/execution, Office and SharePoint Add-ins, PowerApps integration and more.
• Maintain/manage site architecture with regular reviews to ensure proper governance is followed.
• Work with the product owner to initiate and run Microsoft copilot based on business needs/requirements.
• Provide support and handover to clients and company's own Service & Support team.
• Sharing of skills, knowledge, and continuous improvement through team initiatives.

About you

• Experienced working with key components of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
• Possess a strong history of SharePoint Development.
• Experienced in SharePoint Custom Solutions - SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, Angular, TypeScript, JQuery, FluentUI.
• Desired Experienced in Microsoft Development tools and techniques - C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, WebJobs, Azure Functions, Azure Queues, Azure RunBooks, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio DevOps.
• Able to work individually or as a team building SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience of using PowerShell for configuration and administration activities.
• Awareness of using Agile Methodologies through the projects.
• Awareness of using Microsoft Azure for configuration and customisation of M365.
• Experienced in taking responsibility for deliverables and excellent client experience
