Simulator Support Engineer

  • Must be SC Clearable.
  • Experience of providing hardware and software support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first line support & maintenance for the supported systems to maintain system up time
  • Providing advice to the training staff & desk drivers on the operation of the supported systems at the site when needed
  • Co-operate with all departments to deliver an effective outcome
  • Preparing the supported training systems on site each day
  • Supporting & resolving system problems

What we're looking for:

  • An understanding of hardware, software and system engineering.
  • Experience of maintaining and rebuilding PC Hardware Equipment.
  • Simulator Support Experience.
  • Understanding of maintenance principles of A R and M.
