Software Engineer - Chilmark - £45,000

You'll join the team in its infancy and be a key contributor to the development of its culture, growth and definition as recruitment is a focus for your new employer.

It's an established office that's acted as the HQ and been the main driving force behind the success of the company to date. They've operated as an international consultancy working on manned and unmanned aircraft systems and are looking to productise their offering.

The team are small are sit within an office of 45 people. The plan is to almost double their headcount over the next 12-18 months following multiple Bid wins. With a new Software Manager in place, ideally, they'd like a new senior level engineer to really make an impact on the work from day one.

As the new Software Engineer, you'll be capturing high-level software requirements, doing the design, implementing the software and testing it.

Skills needed:

• Real Time Software (C/Embedded C)
• Strong communication to deal with customers and internal stakeholders
• Continuous Integration Testing Techniques (Writing and testing the Embedded software)

Desirable:

• Flight control systems
• Safety critical standards
• Matlab/Simulink

The role offers up to £45,000, Bonus (usually minimum 10%), 25 days holiday, informal flexitime, Pension & health cover.
