Software Engineer

Role: Software Engineer (Senior/Mid/Progress to Senior)

Location: Cardiff/Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + remote/flexible working, unlimited holiday, stock options, pension, international travel opportunities, personal development, career progression, training & more!

Or would you class yourself as more of a Mid-Level Engineer but are keen to find a role that can offer you that step up into senior, and then the training to become a leader over the next few years?

iO Associates have partnered with a thriving business based in the heart of Cardiff. Having grown their development team by 2 heads over the last few months, they are looking for someone else to hop on board.

The role itself will enable you to work across multiple platforms (Desktop, Web, Mobile) with a truly collaborative team consisting of around 20 technical people.

The main technical experience we're looking for is JavaScript and/or PHP, but you'll be able to work with a complete variety of tools and frameworks:

• Node
• MongoDB
• Vue, Backbone
• Express

Just to name a few!

As mentioned, progression is also on offer with dedicated schemes to get you to where you want your career to go.

The environment will still be truly flexible post Covid - the central Cardiff office will remain but with a remote-first ethos, you don't have to attend. The working hours can also be scheduled to suit you and your needs.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and 1st stage interviews will begin to take place next week.
