Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Clojure
Integrate with PACS/RIS systems, ensuring compliance with the DICOM standard
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to understand user needs and deliver high-impact features
Support the ongoing evolution of the system architecture with a focus on scalability and performance
Ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance in all integration points

Required Experience:

Strong commercial experience with Clojure
Hands-on experience integrating with PACS/RIS systems
Solid understanding of the DICOM standard and medical imaging workflows
Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and data privacy requirements
Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus)

Nice to Have:

Exposure to HL7 or FHIR
Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Background in regulated medical software development
