Role: Grad - Senior Software Engineers

What we're looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We're looking for talented software developers with a background in Java & C#, who have commercial experience in the development of software products. You will be joining a team of engineers that are tasked with bringing the next generation of software for advanced military systems across Land & Sea.

Role:

On a day-to-day, the role will entail writing software to create highly functional software products that will be used in future military programmes and are considered to be industry leading providing capability for next generation integration and hardware products.

You'll be encouraged to explore and ensure the software is up to date with the latest technologies and trends and given the scope to bring your development experience to the table in an open forum to bring about best practice and code for the product.

Whether an experienced developer working within the defence industry at current or an individual that has a real passion for code then this is a fantastic opportunity to play a part in a key delivery for the UK MoD.

Our engineers are involved in projects ranging from simulation and training to the development of mission-critical systems for the armed forces.

Ideally, you will have experience of the following;

Java, C#, C++, OO Lanaguages
Code reviews and testing
Experience developing in an agile environment
