Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey

We are looking to hire an experienced Java Team Leader to join us in delivering developing and delivering a number of cutting edge solutions for the UK MoD. You will be joining a tight-knit team tasked with next-generation communication and integration projects for the British Army. As lead developer you will take ownership of not only producing and testing your own code but also helping to define and mentor the team.

We are looking for an individual with a wealth of experience developing Java software applications as well as previous exposure or willingness to learn and teach the team some of the latest technologies across front-end, backend and cloud.

This is very much a role for a team player who is able to balance internal & external relationships as well as deliver critical programmes on time and to appropriate quality. You will need to be able to balance a number of plates and take leadership and management of a multi-disciplined team.

Whether you've worked in defence previously or not isn't crucial, what we're looking for is an individual who is looking for a challenge and to grow with us as we continue to grow and explore the future of technology for the UK Defence & Government.

Skills;

• Java Development

• Expereince of leadership and mentorship

• TDD/BDD

• Experience of front-end or javascript technologies

• Agile/Scrum development.
