Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey
We are looking to hire an experienced Software Team Leader to join us in developing and delivering a number of cutting edge solutions for the UK MoD.
This role will see you both hands-on in the development of major programmes but also playing a pivotal part of the continued growth and mentoring of our software team in the UK.
Whether you've worked in defence previously or not isn't crucial, what we're looking for is an individual who is looking for a challenge and to grow with us as we continue to expand and explore the future of technology for the UK Defence & Government.
Key skills required:
Java, C++ Development
Experience of leadership and mentorship
TDD/BDD
Experience of software integrations
Agile/Scrum development
Responsibilities will include:
Leading our software teams within the UK C4i division
Working as part of the team to develop and integrate software solutions
Helping to mentor and grow our software teams
Involvement in defining software delivery in the UK
