Sourcing Specialist

iO Associates is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to work with a company that has a strong position in the markets for artificial lift, specialized chemicals, and completions, and which is a world leader in oilfield services and equipment.

You will ensure successful execution of EPC projects, adhering to customer contracts, on-time delivery, and cost management.

Title: Sourcing Specialist
Location - Aberdeen.
Duration - 12 months.
Rate - £23 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EPC project strategies.
• Ensure contract adherence, timely delivery, and budget management.
• Act as primary contact for sourcing deliverables.
• Lead contract negotiations and administration.
• Engage with project teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and select suppliers.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Accountabilities:

• Track and report material fulfillment.
• Manage PO progress and delays.
• Coordinate with project planner and site material coordinator.
• Organize shipment documentation and logistics.
