Looking for a talented Implementation Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges and guiding customers through a successful implementation journey.

What You'll Do:

Lead customer engagements, driving discovery, solution design, and configuration of billing platform
Translate business needs into system functionality through strong documentation and configuration
Deliver demos, perform testing, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
Design and document business process flows, data conversion plans, and integration strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices in billing and monetization
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support)

What You Bring:

6-8+ years of experience as a functional analyst or implementation consultant in SaaS, Quote-to-Cash, or billing solutions (Salesforce)
Hands-on understanding of billing systems and revenue lifecycle processes
Strong business analysis and documentation skills (ERDs, data flow diagrams, functional specs)
Familiarity with cloud integration tools and third-party systems
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to lead customer sessions independently
