About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager with strong FMCG experience to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. You will drive demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure our fast-moving consumer goods reach customers efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet fast-paced FMCG market demands.
  • Lead demand forecasting, production planning, and distribution to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain a responsive and cost-effective network.
  • Implement continuous process improvements to enhance speed, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to adjust supply chain strategies proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' supply chain or logistics management experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast-moving operations.
