About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager with strong FMCG experience to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. You will drive demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure our fast-moving consumer goods reach customers efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet fast-paced FMCG market demands.
Lead demand forecasting, production planning, and distribution to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain a responsive and cost-effective network.
Implement continuous process improvements to enhance speed, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Analyse market trends and sales data to adjust supply chain strategies proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years' supply chain or logistics management experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast-moving operations.
