Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in one of the world's leading aerospace companies?

IO Associates is looking for someone to join the team as a Supply Chain Quality Manager.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality aircraft components to our valued customers.

Role Overview:

As an SCQM, you'll work closely with our Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Head of POELA. Your primary responsibility will be managing a portfolio of Landing Gear Structures suppliers, supporting multiple civil aircraft programs.

You'll collaborate extensively with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous improvement in delivery timelines and product quality. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping Operations achieve on-time and on-quality deliveries.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong industrial knowledge.
• Interest in Supply Chain and/or quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries.
• Support supplier development initiatives to enhance capabilities and performance.
• Ensure compliance of suppliers and products with applicable requirements.
• Represent the Supply Chain perspective in cross-functional meetings.
• Manage various activities in a dynamic environment, dealing with external partners and exploring different manufacturing technologies.
