iO associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst to join an established and forward-thinking, software leading technology company on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone who is happy playing in data and pulling out insights but who can also help support their customers, this is a varied role where no 2 days will be the same! As you'll be working with data and reporting, you'll need good SQL and Excel skills.

They are a close-knit team who have a very relaxed, fun culture. They need someone who isn't just highly competent but can also become a valuable part of the team, get involved in the socials and more importantly has the drive to learn and succeed.

Essential:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using SQL
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communicator

The company are currently fully remote and will stay this way for the foreseeable. They are still Business as usual and all set up to conduct interviews through video link!
