Join this dynamic team as a System Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge Microsoft operating system solutions within the innovative "Radio POLYCOM safety net."

Your Role:

• Design, plan, and evaluate Microsoft operating system solutions for the "Radio POLYCOM safety net."
• Implement and integrate selected solutions to meet safety net requirements.
• Operate and maintain Microsoft operating system solutions.
• Develop and optimize automation solutions and processes.
• Conduct evaluation and management decisions for suitable operating system solutions at various production stages.
• Ensure the availability of IT services in test, integration, and production environments.
• Support, monitor, and optimize the assigned IT service, resolving events, incidents, and problem situations.

Your Profile:

• Technical degree from a UNI/ETH/FH.
• 3+ years of experience as a system engineer with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and updating Microsoft platforms and solutions (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc.).
• Knowledge of POLYCOM systems and Hermes know-how is advantageous.
• Proficient in creating system documentation and employee training for effective use and management of Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in regular maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting of Microsoft systems for continuous and secure performance.
• AZ-800 certifications are a big plus.
• Willingness to provide on-call duty and work on-site at the customer's location.
• Fluency in German or French, and Italian is a plus.
