As an Automation Engineer specializing in IAM, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, turning scripts and playbooks into tools that automate tasks and services. Architect robust solutions, experiment with Proof of Concepts, and ensure the availability of IT services across diverse environments.

Your tasks:

  • Script and Playbook: One of your core responsibilities will be creating scripts and playbooks.
  • Architectural: Bring your technical prowess to the forefront by crafting solution architectures and refining concepts for seamless integration.
  • Proof of Concept: Dive into the world of Proof of Concepts, experimenting in the laboratory and evaluating remote access and authentication systems across various production stages.
  • Service Availability: Be the guardian of IT services, ensuring their availability in test, integration, and production environments.
  • Software and Security: Command the area of software and security, updating and managing management software, firmware, and driver, and assessing security threats.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Arsenal: Technical degree from a UNI/ETH/FH.
  • Previous Experience: A seasoned System Engineer with over 3 years of experience, ready to conquer new IAM territories.
  • IAM Expertise: Master IAM principles, showcasing proficiency in tools like Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), IGA, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Tech Skills: Navigate the intricacies of POLYCOM systems and demonstrate Hermes know-how.
  • Adaptability: Ready to handle incidents and change management, and willing to embrace on-call duty and on-site challenges.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in German OR French, and Italian is a powerful asset.
