iO associates are working with an established and rapidly growing mechanical engineering company in the search for a Business Systems Analyst to join them on a permanent basis

They are looking for someone who wants the next step up and the chance to be given more responsibility. You need to be self-driven, suggest new ideas, innovate, and drive the company forward. Working alongside other internal IT operations team, you will get to know their software, database, and architecture inside out and be able to help the IT team with new implementations, troubleshoot, and documentation process. This role will eventually transition into a Solutions Architect position

Experience required:

• Experience in analysing and supporting IT business systems
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of the operation and implementation/deployment of ERP solutions
• Strong familiarity with IT generally, including Microsoft Office applications and SQL database structures/capabilities.
• Project management skills

The company are working in a Hybrid model, so you would be expected to travel to their Clevedon office twice a week
