iO Associates are currently seeking for a 12-month contract in Edinburgh which is likely to extend as part of a new programme of long-term work. This is a stream of contract work that will be working for one of the largest defence companies in the UK. This gives the candidate the chance to get SC if you do not have it already.

You, the successful Systems Engineer will be working on designing and improving the development of systems interface definitions, considering data exchange and information services. You will play a huge part in influencing the hardware and firmware integration.

Skills required:

• Experience in the design and capture of complex hardware, firmware and/or software interactions
• SYSML
• Integration, test, verification
