  • Liaise with engine manufacturer and component suppliers regularly
  • Define, maintain and demonstrate compliance to system requirements against aircraft and certification requirements
  • Requirements management of the propulsion system
  • Technical Leadership to manage the certification progress and responsibility for coordinating the system requirements verification activities
  • Coordinate and lead on the system design, integration, qualification, testing, and certification activities with internal departments, suppliers and other service providers

Therefore, I am ideally seeking candidates that can demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

  • Experience with rotor-craft or aircraft propulsion systems (i.e. Intake, Exhaust, Oil/Fuel & Control System, Engine Mounts and Fire Detection & Seals)
  • Experience in project management (i.e. reporting, planning & stakeholder management)
  • Siemens NX or similar CAD software
  • Requirement management experience (Doors or similar)
  • Supplier management skills
  • Ability to review 3D solid models and 2D drawings in CAD
  • Understanding of
    • manufacturing methods for sheet metal parts and machined parts
    • mechanical fasteners (permanent and removable)
    • metallic materials processing like heat treat, surface treatment etc.
    • non-metallic materials and composite materials
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a pro-active sense of communication
  • Ability to coordinate and manage system development efforts for the propulsion systems
  • English minimum B2 (verbal and written)
