Team Lead - Bristol - Modern FinTech
This role is more than the average team lead position. We're looking for someone to get heavily involved in the global strategic direction of this FinTech, while leading the Bristol team of 15 developers.
This individual will be the Development Manager's 2nd in command, so we're looking for someone who can push and challenge both the Dev Manager and the team.
Ideally, you'll enjoy challenging others to help them find innovative solutions and be able to take control of team situations.
There are exciting global projects on the horizon, though how to approach them is still in discussion. So, we're looking for someone who wants to take control of the strategic direction of those projects along with the hiring process to grow the team to the right size.
They're a modern, well-established FinTech with offices around the world, and who recently made one of the largest acquisitions in its 40 years of operation.
They work on both legacy and new applications, with recent Azure migrations being their main focus.

Location: Bristol (Remote options 3 days a week)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + great benefits
