Tech Lead

Role: Tech Lead - Progress to Technical Director

Location: Remote (UK based applicants only)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + pension scheme, flexible working, training, progression, 25 days holiday & more

iO Associates are partnered with a software house that creates maritime tracking systems and is currently looking for a Technical Lead to join their ranks.

They're 30+ years old and were one of the first organisations within this industry, they've gone from strength to strength since and more recently have become focussed on becoming a leading data integrator within the vessel tracking sector.

The role of Tech Lead offers a clear progression path through to Technical Director where you would play an instrumental part in continuing to grow the software team as well as guiding them to use the best technical tools for the job.

We are looking for someone that has leadership experience, whether that be from a technical or managerial perspective.

Technically, we need you to have a background in the following:

• C# .Net
• Angular
• SQL

They also work with AWS in an Agile/Scrum environment and have actually been a remote team for the last 10 years.
