Technical Account Manager - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35
£350 - £500 per/day depending on experience and skillset
IO Associates are proud to be partnered with a Consultancy who are looking to bring on a Technical Account Manager, for a 6 Month Contract role
This contract is Fully Remote and sits Outside IR35
This contract pays a day rate of £350 - £500 per day depending on experience and skillset.
You will be managing a wide range of client accounts, liaising directly with the Development team when dealing with incidents/issues, and be accountable for generating regular accurate management reports
Skills required:
- Experience in a client facing role with a software company
- ITIL and Prince Certifications
- Experience across JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills across both technical teams and external parties
- Desirable - Knowledge across mobile development/KYC and AML/SQL Queries
