Technical Compliance Manager

My client is a leading food producer in the South West, providing delicious meals to wide range of customers. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do and they aim to make a real difference to peoples lives through nutritious meals suitable for every taste and dietary need.

They are now looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to join the team in Trowbridge. In this role you will manage the systems and services to ensure adherence to food safety, 3rd party standards and legal compliance. On a day to day basis you will support the Quality and Food Safety team ensuring compliance monitoring is effective and complaints are fully investigated and corrective actions implemented.

Your role will be integral to ensuring good strategic decisions, and high customer and supplier confidence in relation to food safety and quality standards. In addition to this you will also be managing process control, validation and HACCP systems, managing site visits for pest control and other contractors that support the technical team.

To be considered for the role you will need:

• HACCP Level 3
• Auditing experience
• BRC experience
• Food Science degree or similar, with minimum 5 years in a technical function
• Flexible and agile time management skills
• People focused
• Attention to detail
• Willing to learn
