Role: Technical Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance

Location: Bristol

*Due to travel to site, a full driving license is required for this role*

This Technical Consultant will work really heavily with clients, either face-to-face or over the phone. You will manage multiple client projects including upgrades, installations and migrations. Stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.

You can expect HUGE growth over the next year; the company has had a really successful last 18 months and this is only set to continue. This offers a fast-paced, varied working environment, and rapid progression.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact for escalations
• Third line technical knowledge and support when required
• Project management
• Suggest improvements to projects and processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders through the full project lifecycle
