Technical Engineer (Linux)

iO Associates are working with an international technology company who operate in the areas of aerospace, aviation, security and defence.

Role: Technical Engineer

Location: North Bristol

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

*Due to security requirements for this role, applicants must be eligible for SC clearance*

This position will provide technical assistance for a variety of projects, liaising with key stakeholders such as Project Managers when required.

This role will involve working with:

• Linux
• Containers - Kubernetes
• Bash
• PowerShell scripting
• UDS
• Firewalls

This Technical Engineer will have some travel to different sites, fully expensed, so a drivers' license will be required.

This position will work in a hands on capacity on a variety of different projects. As well as this, the role has a customer-facing element where you will outline projects and technology to customers at trade shows.
