iO Associates are working with one of their key clients on a new and exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to really drive the technical offering and scope of the business. You will play a large part in the strategy of the company's IT which is vital for the company's growth. You will have the autonomy to take complete ownership of your role and manage a small team that will grow around you.

This role is ideal for anyone with a lot of drive and great work ethic who wants to take the next step up in their career.

You will have experience with:

• PHP / LAMP stack
• Warehouse Management
• Management of a small team
• Client and customer-facing role

• Understanding the business strategy
• Translating technical requirements

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with key stakeholders
• Communicate with all members of the business
• Develop a technical business strategy
• Work closely alongside other senior members of the business including CEO
