Your Role: As a pivotal figure within our organization, you'll be at the forefront of bridging the gap between functional and non-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating the expectations of various functional projects into non-functional requirements.
• Collaborating with project and technical teams to define quarterly roadmaps and visions.
• Breaking down roadmaps into monthly iterations aligned with project dependencies.
• Crafting non-functional user stories and prioritizing them based on business needs.
• Orchestrating non-functional user story sprints and backlog refinement.
• Communicating prioritization decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables meets project expectations.

What You Bring: We're looking for someone with:

• Strong project management and agile skills.
• Proficiency in understanding non-functional business areas such as Network, Servers, DevOps, and Security.
• The ability to grasp project expectations from developers, solution architects, and product owners.
• Exceptional prioritization and planning capabilities.
• Proven experience in facilitating coordination sessions.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for proposing solutions for improvement.

Qualifications: You hold a higher diploma in IT management or an equivalent qualification, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Soft Skills: We value proactive, curious, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in multidisciplinary environments. You should enjoy collaborating with various technical professions, including Developers, Product Owners, Security experts, DevOps engineers, Servers specialists, and Network professionals.
Languages: As a native French speaker, you possess excellent written and spoken English skills (minimum level B2).
